Construction Applications

Functional Additive Solutions for European Building Material Manufacturers

Construction Applications

Construction applications cover a comprehensive range of wall, floor, and exterior facade systems—from substrate preparation to final decorative and protective finishes.

Our portfolio includes mainstream dry-mix mortars, gypsum-based materials, exterior insulation ETICS/EIFS, floor leveling compounds, and architectural coating solutions.

As a leading manufacturer based in China, LANDU tailors high-performance functional additives to suit European climatic conditions, local construction practices, and unified EN standards, helping material producers stabilize formula performance and improve on-site construction efficiency.

Landu-HPMC can enhance bonding strength.

Find Your Application

If you are working on a concrete floor that needs leveling, explore Self-leveling Compounds. For wall renovation and surface smoothing solutions, check Wall Putty & Skim Coat. External wall insulation projects can refer to our professional ETICS / EIFS system solutions.

Wall Systems

For interior and exterior decorative and protective finishing on walls, ceilings, and rendered surfaces in residential and commercial buildings.

1. Wall Putty / Skim Coat

Typical scenario: For smoothing interior concrete and masonry walls to a fine, paint-ready finish before decoration.

Key specification: Layer thickness 1–3 mm per coat; suitable for manual and machine application.

Applicable standard: EN 998-1

Quick Guidance

all application scenarios at a glance

  1. If you are working on interior concrete or masonry walls that need a smooth, paint-ready finish, explore Wall Putty / Skim Coat.
  2. If your project involves drywall, gypsum board joints, or interior gypsum plastering, see Gypsum Applications.
  3. If you need a durable, weather-resistant render for exterior or interior masonry substrates, browse Cement Render / Plaster.
  4. If you are tiling over concrete floors, screeds, or existing tiles in wet or dry areas, go to Tile Adhesive.
  5. If you require a flat, even substrate before installing floor coverings on uneven concrete or screed, explore Self-leveling Compounds.
  6. If you are designing or installing external thermal insulation composite systems for new builds or energy retrofits, use ETICS / EIFS.
  7. If you need interior or exterior decorative and protective coating systems for walls and ceilings, see Paint and Coatings.
